The St. John the Baptist Parish Sales and Use Tax Office is operated pursuant to an agency agreement between ACI St. John, LLC (an Assured Compliance, Inc. company) and the St. John the Baptist Parish School Board. This arrangement is the first of its kind in Louisiana and a testament to St. John the Baptist Parish’s innovativeness and commitment to its citizens and businesses. St. John the Baptist Parish understands the necessity for fiscal responsibility, maximizing capabilities and improving services. Towards that end, they have chosen Assured Compliance, Inc. to operate their sales and use tax collection function.
